EXPERTS have identified four main sleeping positions — which reveal your character.
Most people (58 per cent) sleep in the foetal position, which means they are a worrier.
The log (28 per cent) indicates stubborness, the yearner (25 per cent) is a dream chaser and freefallers (17 per cent) are out of control personalities.
Body language boffin Robert Phipps — who did the survey for Premier Inns — says how you sleep affects how you feel in the morning. He said: “A good night’s sleep sets you up and sleeping positions determine how you feel.”
